I discovered after comms with shop, that the wire that connects battery etc to heater, must have capacity of 20+ amps. I had used slightly lighter wire and it didn't work. The supply must be 12v 20 amp. Once working they are brilliant machines. Shop was eager to help which at least was good. Any future sales ought to be sold with clear set up instructions !!!!
