Faults include rotten wood, full length broken edges, varying widths 86-81, depths 20-16 (non of it is 21mm) it has been heavily sanded in places when previously laid, cracked and missing tongue & groove, glue on back and front, all nails have been left in cut off or bent over. It was not in excellent condition or clean. This makes it impossible to use.
