Sadly for me the item was damaged in transit as the packaging was not sufficient for the item. The package had been crushed at one end causing damage to the coupling and the buffer beam. The item still ran perfectly well and as I have spare couplings I decided that it would be unlikely that I would get another for the price paid and have kept it. Would recommend that in future, items be more securely packaged.

Hi, I have only today realised after reading your feedback that the class 31 was damaged when you received it. And I’m glad that you were able to sort it out. It was one of my first packages that I sent. I have improved my packaging and haven’t had any complaints since.
