overall positive sadly we could not come to an arrangement on what I conisder to be a decent time for dispatch of the item seller was helpfull but we could not come to terms or common ground a Full refund was issued back to me instead i wish the seller all the best in selling the item but delivery time overall was quite unacceptable in my opinion even with the postal strikes still ongoing having to wait a over a week for postage is not acceptable but not the sellers fault at all.

Hi,
you paid on the 5th of Feb, dispatch was up to and including the 8th of Feb with expected delivery to you the 10th to 12th of Feb. You raised the refund request after 2 days - not a week.
Everything was cleraly stated on the listing, i am not Amazon Prime and work full time hence the dispatch can take up to three day.
if your going to leave passive agressive feedback at least please be honest.
