I was pleased with the item that arrived . Unfortunately it wasn’t complete too what was advertised, I contacted the seller who was very apologetic about the missing items, he offered me a 5% refund, I informed him that it would cost me more than the offer. I was able too purchase the items needed which cost me a total price of £31 .99 p. I couldn’t return the item as it stated that returns not excepted. The seller sent me a refund of £1 .80 , So I’m sorry to say that I can only give a Neutral

I apologise again to hear that, as I have received wrong item I didn't check is there all items are included, Now had check every item so I have adjust all my items to be 100% sure it right in description and photos, I could cover the cost but didn't contact me if you would able to send me link which item you bought as ask if you like 5% refund or 10% from next item or if you could counter offer solution. And it already was not full price dropped from original price of £43.99 to £40, refund +£2
