The communication was quick and very good when I had questions before purchase. Delivery was as promised. I bought it late Sunday evening and it arrived before 12 noon on Tuesday. The phone was packaged well.
Only comment I have is that the charging cable was USB A to C, c2c would charge faster.

The phone came without the box as described but was packaged very well. For a refurbished phone it looks brand new ! Hardly any marks on it and the screen is in perfect condition.
