I purchased this scooter for my child's 8th birthday and it arrived and did not work. I contacted the seller who did not follow the procedure properly for a return. Instead of eBay holding payments, mine has still went through and has not been paused even after return request. And not only that but it is not a proper returns label and no shop I go into are able to scan the return for me,and there is no way of getting ebay to step in because they are waiting on my transaction. Absolute nightmare
