Everything arrived safely. Unit looks brand new. Process was smooth and seller responsive to my questions and quickly resolved questions I had about the configuration of the unit. Though my item arrived safely, I would recommend another layer of protection in the future for international shipping. It looked like the box was manhandled.

I'm glad everything worked out and you are happy. Adding another box would make the package even larger and therefore even more expensive to ship - many people already complain about the high cost of shipping already and that is how Linn ships things. Regardless, I'll offer this option in the future - thanks again.
