Maybe feedback should be Negative. Item was described as new, but to me there were signs that the item was used (not sure to what extent). The plastic bag with manual was open (should be sealed), there were marks near charging port, USB charging lead was used and untied and there were some black marks on red clamp.
Return requested, the seller wanted me to pay for postage - for item not as described, then stopped communicating and no apologies. I wasted my time and ebay stepped in to resolve.
