Purchased this item in error. I was not aware that Braun Series 7 shavers had different models and different shaver heads. My fault completely! I contacted Khan Cosmetics and was offered a complete refund even though I had opened the packing case. Returned the item by "Signed For" postage. Have now had a full refund.
