Does the job well.
If you smoke about 20 light cigs per day one of those patches is a good starting point to wean yourself off inhaling cigarette smoke. Add a few 4 mg nicotine chewing gums and you can successfully stop smoking IF YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT. Don't make the mistake and buy Step 2 and 3 and waste your money and suffer from the drop in daily nicotine intake. Take a pair of scissors and gradually cut off surface area of the 21 mg patches.
