About this product

Product Information

During the lowest point of his life, a man begins writing letters to God to vent his frustrations - and unexpectedly receives answers to his questions, written by his own hand. The bestselling spiritual classic that has now sold millions of copies world-wide. Neale Donald Walsch was experiencing the lowest point of his life - from a devastating fire to the collapse of his marriage - when he decided to write a letter to God to vent his frustrations. What he did not expect was a response: as he finished his letter, he was moved to continue writing, and out came extraordinary answers to his questions. These answers - covering all aspects of human existence, from happiness to money, to faith - helped Walsch to change himself and his life for better, and the way he viewed other beings. Walsch compiled all of these answers into a book, Conversations with God, which was an instant bestseller on publication in 1995, going straight into the New York Times bestseller list and remaining there for more than 130 weeks. Over twenty years later, it has sold millions of copies world-wide and has changed the lives of countless people all around the world with its profound answers about life, happiness, money, love and faith. Conversations with God is a modern spiritual classic that remains fresh and relevant in a world that needs its powerful messages about who we are and our place in it more than ever.

    Conversations with God

This book is quite an eye opener; it almost challenges many of the beliefs some of us grew up with, be we Chritian or not. It answers a lot of questions that many seek the answers to and can leave the reader feeling more 'comfortable' about the meaning of life. However, not sure where the author is coming from, but maybe ibis book contains an insight into the meaning of life which some may find more acceptable in this day and age. Book 2 and 3 has yet to be read, but it is definitely on the list.

  • One of the best books I've ever read

I bought and read this book a few years ago and kept my copy that I often refer back to. I just bought another copy to lend to friends as it is such a good book - it certainly makes you think and question life itself! Well recommended

  • Such a good read!!

I was recommended this book and it was one of the best books I have read. It is very engaging and goes into detail about the typical questions about God and life itself such as why is evil created? Recommend to anybody who is trying to become a lot more open minded and spiritual

  • Amazing Book

My most read book, changed my way of thinking. Answers all my questions such as "if there is a God why is there starving children in the world?" Gave away my very used book so needed to replace it. Bought an extra copy as I'm sure I'll give a copy away again. Too good to keep to myself

  • Well worth reading - stick with it.

I read this at a time of great trauma in my life. Suffering from PTSD led me to look at my Christian faith and seek some answers to questions that seem to be very 'take it or leave it' in the established Church. Boy! Has this made me look at how I'm living my life. The question 'Is this the person you want to be' has rung with a resounding 'No', so now begins a process, of 'growing up' (I'm 70!) and growing into the person I have now decided I want to be, instead of just reacting to the next 'impossible' circumstance. I look forward to my new future. It's never too late. God bless.
