Item ordered 01/03/24 (Friday) with dispatch 1 working day. Item dispatch and sent on 04/03/24 (Monday) via 3-5 working day courier. Item delivered 8/03/24 (after 4 days). So everything as described and eBay policies. The screws were in the box - maybe they fell out during transport - You could have contacted me and I would have sent new ones.
