Item described as unlocked however phone was locked to Vodafone so had to pay another £30 to get unlocked. Contacted seller to which I have still had no reply. Didn’t arrive when expected although when I messaged the seller they did come back to me saying they had an emergency so was away and would send that day which they didn’t do until the following day. Advertised as Royal Mail 24 delivery ended up being yodel so eventually received item a week later than expected. Not the best outcome.
