Item advertised as new but was sent an almost empty tube with unscrewed pump which had been repackaged into a box with a different expiry date and taped shut unevenly with sellotape. Managed to get a refund thankfully, though seller was in denial throughout the process and tried to gaslight me claiming the empty tube looked full to them and the date on the box was the manufacturing date and hadn't been repackaged (even though both dates were in the future).

This is not true ! The item was brand new and the customer was trying to get the item for free. The customer was using bully tactics and sent us way to many messages. The facts - Brand new item - posted the same day - quick delivery - customer complaint received (demanding free item) - we offered refund on return - customer said inconvenient and demanded the item to be collected ! - Item returned and refund was given promtly - Negative feedback has left in spite as they didn't get the item Free.
