Sie haben gebrauchte Kinderklamotten gekauft, da sind Gebrauchsspuren doch normal, aber ein kleiner abstehender Faden ist doch keine defekte Naht. Man kann einen Artikel auch zurückgeben, wenn er die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, aber sie verteilen lieber gleich negative Bewertungen. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt.
