Looks like any other generic tracker. Cons: HR & Blood Pressure monitoring (main reason for buying), are dangerously inaccurate. I have a chest band HR Monitor and a "Traditional" cuff BP Tester -My HR on both = 57bpm, the watch read 84. BP was under reporting. it's not worth paying the postage to return it. Also no way to enter stride length so distance walked is no good either. AVOID!
