This came well packaged and in a bubble-wrapped envelope. It arrived on time and, upon opening, was intact and as described in the advertisement. It is made from quite cheap plastic and not metal as it appears to be in the advert and thus, not really the value-for-money deal one would have expected! The product works as described….sort of and, it has minor benefits for the elderly user it was purchased for. However, this is not something I could in all good conscience recommend to anyone!
