No damage and packaging all intact. It was as described and worked out of the box once configured. The manual is very limited in its descriptions of the configuration parameters. There is no information at all about thermal overload parameters, and how to set them. A good feature is the removable HMI faceplate. Had to add a earth to the heat sink. For price,good.

Customer service was decent with offer of refund or another dispatch if item was delayed a further few days. Turned up eventually, so didn't need to take up the offer. Item looks indistinguishable from the branded item, and operating (seemingly) perfectly in our extraction hob - and for a fraction of the branded item's price. Happy customer, would recommend this seller and this particular product.
