Product Information

The sequel to Baseball Simulator 1.000 for the NES, Super Baseball Simulator 1.000 isn't much of an upgrade (the graphics are rough and lacking in detail), but it maintains the fun factor nicely, and there are options aplenty, including edit mode, team color selection, and six different stadiums. As in the original game, players can do all sorts of unorthodox things to spice up the action, including throwing fireball pitches and exploding baseballs and performing super dives and giant leaps.

    Super Baseball Simulator 1000

    This has always been one of my favorite baseball games and one of my favorite video games ever. It has the perfect blend of arcade and simulation to keep both audiences engaged. The 162 game season mode and stat tracking is incredible. Pop in the game genie code, (or hold the correct buttons during team creation) for unlimited attribute points and call it a day. This game has been a blast for over 20 years and is still fun today. Ready for a sequel.

    Super Baseball Simulator 1.000

    One of the most fun Baseball games on the SNES. Pros: Deep gameplay mechanics and strategies. Power ups can be enabled/disabled. (39 different powerups!) Different difficulty settings for players/AI. Full editing of teams. Battery backup, 20 different stats are kept. Full season mode. 6 different stadiums. Bright colorful 16-bit graphics. Cons: Unless you powerup your throw when fielding its a tad slow. Players are a tad on the small side. The digitized voices are muffled, hard to understand. All in all a FANTASTIC arcade Baseball game. If you're going to get it do yourself a favor and get a copy with the manual, this is a DEEP game, the manual is HUGE and detailed and you're going to want to know whats going on. How could you not like a game that allows your pitcher to be able to turn ...

    a very fun game

    i remember renting this video as a kid now i get a chance to own it with ebay. with the power teams you get to use special moves that add excitement to the game and for those who have'nt played the game leave them puzzled,seeing lighting and balls braking their bats players spining.i get the chance to enjoy the game again.

    Baseball Simulator 1.000 on Nintendo

    Played this game alot when I was a young kid. Girlfriend has a nintendo, and one day it occurred to me that I should try to buy it. It was just like I remembered. It is a baseball game, but it gives you the option to pick teams with players that have certain abilities to prevent other teams from catching their hits, or hitting their pitches. Alot of fun.
