Claims he/she sent via Royal Mail 1st class and has no tracking number which is funny because Royal Mail firstly do not take parcels over 61cm and secondly even if it was sent standard 1st or 2nd class you still get a tracking code which confirms when the parcel is delivered. So basically he/she never sent it and waited for me to open a item not received case before giving me a lie and refunding my payment. Could have just been honest and said he didn’t want to post it or sell it so cheap

I am extremely confused as to why you would leave such false untrue feedback. The item was sent to you as advised with Royal Mail, I would also ask that you check your facts on the sizes/ parcels that Royal Mail accept. The item was not sent signed for therefore there is no tracking - Not sure whats the funny part is? This is facts. I cannot do anything further if Royal Mail have lost the parcel. If I didn't want to sell the item why would I even both listing it, accepting your offer????
