      At last! Great new flat frying pans.

      Ordered 2 of these and very pleased with them, very good quality. I have been looking for new ones for quite some time now, my other 2 were very old and in bad condition, but flat pans are hard to find, mine are originally from The Netherlands where they are commonplace in all stores but high street/supermarkets don't have them hear. I also was looking for 28cm, my old ones are 26cm and I wanted a tad bit bigger. I use them for frying bacon & eggs, much better than regular frying pans, for me, anyway & I can get 6 rashers in a pan, thank goodness rather than just 4. Very efficient, heats up very quickly, nothing sticks, yay, and cooks much faster, in fact had to turn the heat down to what I usually have them on, just shows how bad my old ones were!       Poor quality and shape as a crepe pan

      Pan was cheap so gets 2 stars, otherwise would have been 1. Bought as a crepe pan but it's just a shallow standard pan. It's raised slightly in the middle like a mushroom pan so you can't make a thin even crepe, the liquid gathers at sides and burns the thin centre. Non-stick surface is full of rough imperfections too, making things tend to stick. Definitely wouldn't buy again.

      Works on induction hob with care

      Only one batch of pancakes made. I think there may be a sweet spot in temperature that I did not hit. The base is slightly convex and the first side cooked was often well cooked in the middle but barely cooked on the outside, whereas the other side cooked very evenly.
