Tried to replace it with a dodgy low quality / damaged unit without even mentioning a discount or partial refund. When asked for prices on other car parts these were 10-15% below dealer NEW parts prices!!! Defo not going back to them ever again, wish Ebay had a block option for sellers as well. Asked for refund and dragged their feet with it for another day for no reason.
