The refund for the 9 piece BSW deep socket set (not delivered) was fast. However !! He said there was a problem with delivery and it was the last one. So he couldn't send another. I had to contact the seller he did not contact me about it. The item didn't get taken off eBay after. Further to that I went looking for another and found one on another reseller site. Call me a cynic this seems very iffy to me. Perhaps the seller will now remove all items not in stock.

DEWalt Heat Gun
Used almost daily in our business this product has been reliable for the last couple of years so the replacement was a simple decision. Quality build easy to use with longevity build in at a good price point. The D26414 has easy access variable heat control, good venting to keep the motor cool while getting the nozzle nice and hot additional nozzles also included are a nice extra that just adds to the versatility of this good heat gun. We as manufacturer have used and replace the DeWalt products that are the best we have seen and used and we have used many makes with some lasting no more than a few weeks. A great little gun
Although you can buy cheaper heat guns they just do not compare with this Dewalt gun, With the LED screen showing the working temperature in degrees C which can be adjusted up or down by ten degrees at a time there is no need to burn the job you are working on. Worth every penny !!

It's early days yet, but the item seems to be well made, as is expected from DeWalt of course. I would be expecting a good long life from it similar to other DeWalt items in my armoury!
