Unfortunately these gorgeous shoes where not in the same condition as advertised. The delivery was very quick and up until I received the shoes the communication with the seller was excellent. I did contact the seller about the issue and informed them I had asked ebay for help returning, as seller doesn’t accept returns. I have now had a full refund.

Defects on item clearly listed. Buyer damaged item beyond listed defects upon trying heels on and requested a refund. Due to buyer damaging the item Ebay closed the case in my favour as the seller and reimbursed the buyer themselves. Although the buyer has kept both the heels and has been refunded, felt the need to leave malicious negative feedback. I have an above standard performance on ebay as I make it my priority to provide a high standard of service. Items always sent as advertised on eBay
