Scammer sends empty envelope, I received an envelope which when I sign for was sealed, when I opened it was nothing in it, when I messaged with pictures of the empty envelope seller claims royal mail have stolen the card, which I find hard to believe as I've had 100s of cards delivered and none have been stolen, when told he still needs to refund me he refuses to refund and gets aggressive and calls me a scammer, AVIOD!!!!

The card was inside a securely packaged envelope when it got sent and then for some unknown reason sat at post office all weekend and then when it arrived at her house it had different tape than what I put on there so clearly stolen in transit. EBay supported me and have seen evidence of this and said I am protected under seller protection and will drop the dispute because I done nothing wrong. I offered a refund and it was refused. This person has history of “losing” cards in the past. 🤨🤨
