CPNE - Excelsior College Nursing Students, take note!
Informed sources (Workshop Instructors, etc.) have advised that THIS is one of the better comprehensive resources for studying for CPNE. The NEW 7th Edition retails for ~$85 --pretty steep for financialy strapped Student like me! I discovered that the LATEST edition of Excelsior's CPNE Study Guide Bibliograpy listing of this Book SPECIFICALLY MENTIONS the 6th Edition of this book, so you are "covered" if you use 6th Edition! Some reviews have stated content of 6th Edition is 90%+ the same as $85 7th Edition, so you can save a bundle if you can find the much cheaper 6th Edition here on eBay!!

Reference book
I bought the book because I need it. I am in nursing school right now, and it is one of our textbook reference. I didn't realize it wasn't included in the program's book bundle. I don't really have the time to swing by our bookstore, and buying it on ebay/online is the most convenient way I can have one.

This is book is great. It really breaks down topics to an understandable level, one in which you can learn alot from. I bought it as a requirement for on of my classes and use it all the time.
