So bought just the one blister pack just to try and see if they arrived frozen, a defrosted blister pack of fish food is no good to anyone,,, so what did I get ,,, not only where they frozen, they where taped to a freezer block to keep them frozen, wrapped in tin foil, then plastic then placed in a box that was insulated with polystyrene,,, so that is what you call amazing care and pride in product for providing a outstanding quality of service, will now buy bulk , fantastic service
