    Love it!....BUT....

    I have been using thid for years and it does a great job with helping me style and keep body in my fine hair. BUT as with most things AVEDA they are pricing themselves out of the market as they take advantage of the consumers with smaller product size combined with constantly rising costs. Come on AVEDA you are cutting off your nose to spite your face, fircing loyal customers like me to find alternatives which for everyday use I have had to do.

    Shiny Style, Super Stay

    I wear my hair in a very short pixie which, surprisingly, has quite a bit of style flexibility. While I have a lot of hair, bleached platinum, I need a product with great hold to boost the body. Pomades and waxes style beautifully, but I can't tolerate their "feel" or matte finish, while gels and sprays leave that"crunchy" look. Thanks to Aveda, I've found the perfect solution. I let my hair air dry to just barely damp then spritz Volume Tonic just on thre roots. Quick shot with the blow dryer and then a dab of Brilliant Gel worked through all my hair leaves me with a head full of shiny, healthy, full bodied hair. And the staying power lasts.
