I bought this to practice at home and explore quite a few effects without getting out of my depth in complex settings. After a few days getting to know it I think I have bought the right thing. The first impression was this this unit is surprisingly small and light - but it is solidly built, the power especially bass tones, seem more than you would expect from 'that little box'. I can't yet say exactly how well the effects work - Im still exploring them, but that's the reason I bought the thing. Compared to other amps I have owned and competitive products on the market this seems very good value. I would just have liked at least some written handbook to get me started. No doubt Fender has some good stuff on the web and I'll look there next.

Impossible to not be impressed... To be honest I was not expecting too much at this price but on arrival I was truthfully surprised! As a home/studio practice amp the Fender Champion 20 can and does deliver sounds well above its diminutive size, put simply - for the money it’s brilliant!

I bought this as a step up from starter amps. It's quite a step! The range of tones now available to me are incredible compared to what I have been used to. The voices and effects give it a huge range before you even think of plugging peddles in.

Nice and punchy. Lots of effects to explore, but read the manual first (easy download).

With the built in voices this is a great little amp,it also came with a uk mains lead. I'm very pleased with it.
