Honestly been a nightmare. I wanted a partial refund. Seller wasn't playing ball. Had to return the doll for a full refund. Seller received the doll 4 days ago and has been silent. Had to ask ebay to step in again. I knew this would happen so I sent postage proof when I packed it. Is it that unreasonable to want a refund/return when the doll has a different coloured body underneath the clothing? Avoiding this seller now.

i agree nightmare!!!!! doll originally sold with brown legs. Hasbro frozen Anna nothing wrong with it was made that way . offered another Anna with white legs but customer would except nothing more than full refund. Asked Ebay to step in but they gave it to them anyway as they do. will not be dealing with this customer again

No communication at all from seller until eBay intervened. Item was never posted as seller couldn't find it but went on holiday regardless. Once a dispute was opened seller did say a refund would be issued but that wasn't done and eBay issued my refund. Everyone makes mistakes but when we do we need to own them. It would appear that I am not the only one with a disappointing transaction.
