Didn't mention the item was damaged in the description or in messages. Arrived with a broken zip then when asked for a refund as the item has arrived damaged, she has got aggressive, accused me of damaging the item (although now i know its damaged, you can see it on the ad) lied saying I've had the item for 2 days before reporting, despite it only being delivered today (tracked btw) & I reported the issue 10 minutes after opening! Disgraceful behaviour! Have added pics of the ad & ones I've took
