Item was unfortunately damaged in transport, so was no longer usable. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and immediately resolved the problem. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would buy from this seller again if needed. The item itself seemed to be good quality but one end had been crushed in transit.

As described, arrived in good time. Packaging a little lacking given the delicate nature of the item (internal laptop fan) thus it arrived dented with the fan jammed. Managed to "reshape" the metalwork. Could have been avoided if shipped between to bits of thick card or bubble wrapped.
