Before my item even arrived, the seller contacted me to say there was a shipping error and I was sent a different unit of the same item than the one I purchased. When the item arrived and I confirmed it was the wrong one and wouldn't work for my purpose, I reached out to the seller and he is sending me a shipping label to send that unit back and shipping the correct one at no charge. We all make mistakes, this seller went out of his way to make it right. 5 stars
