Ordered 4 x 215/65/R16. Delivered 2 x 215/65/R16 and 2 x 215/55/R16. No replacement sent until incorrect items picked up by sellers courier and delivered back. No apology from seller, and poor communication. I constantly had to chase process. In total took almost 2 weeks to receive correct size tyres so I could fit them for MOT, which was missed first time so car was off the road. Great price, good tyres, poor service. Order at least 1 month in advance of when you need them.

Got another call to say container was delivered to Ireland, so would be a further week delay.
