Item was not quite what I'd expected. It had been packed folded and the inner collar material was sticking up and cap sleeves squished. I tried the dress on but it didn't sit well and without washing and ironing it would have been hard to establish if it was faulty. I returned 'change of mind' the seller refunded. I found the sellers communication completely over the top. I appreciate good communication but I don't need it in triplicate eBay, seller, courier, requesting feedback
