Bought - 6 days later still not dispatched/received so asked if/when. Seller replied they dispatch after 5 working days (was now 4), although this wasnt mentioned in the listing, hence me having to ask. Had to ask again when will they be dispatching, and seller refunded with no further reply? I wanted the item posted, not a refund !Bad service from seller, hence negative feedback.

Feedback factually inaccurate.Buyer emailed at 12.50am in the morning so it was three working days, not four as she alleges. Estimated delivery times on listing clearly indicate when item will be delivered and we were well within this. I politely pointed this out and offered refund if she needed it sooner, however message back was unfortunately discourteous and unhelpful.
