This duvet cover was showing in stock but wasn’t , and showing as despatched ! Once they realised their error they offered me the choice of another pattern. Which I accepted. They didn’t advise the replacement had been sent which would have been courteous as at least you know they care about customer service. It arrived today several days late , it looks fine so not the end of the world.
