The order to delivery time seemed long but was clearly stated in the description. Updates were sent out when the item was packed and dispatched, and this was helpful. Even then, the item was a day later than stated but we were very pleased to receive it. I expected it to be sent in a box rather than loose parts in bubble wrap.
