Il primo è un meccanico avanti con l'età, amareggiato dalla vita, che da anni affitta al secondo un lotto di terra adiacente alla sua officina, in cui Miller vende auto usate, relitti rabberciati alla meglio. Un lavoro misero e frustrante che però gli basta, dal momento che è un uomo privo di ambizioni. Ma un giorno Fergesson decide di chiudere bottega e di andare in pensione, utilizzando i soldi ricavati dalla vendita per inseguire un sogno di grandezza.     One critical remark: the book was not packed in a protective carton. It was just put into the thin-plastic GLS bag. I was very surprised. That's a first in almost 50 years of collecting books.
