She's beautiful. The shipping cost were very good. I've noticed a lot of shippers are over inflating the cost of their shipping and charging less for their merchandise. This wasn't the case. The Barbie was a reasonable price. The box was not in the best condition nor was it packed well. I think it may have got damaged on shipping.
