    My original order didn’t make when the tracking said it did. So I reached out to the seller and let them I was going to wait a couple of days to see if it arrived. The seller immediately replaced the cactus and told me not to worry about the missing plant and replaced. Best experience I’ve ever had with an issue. Plant is gorgeous and had great roots. Supper happy with this seller. Great packaging. As described and a great value. A+++++

    Plant arrived in great condition. Bare root and packaged very well. I was about 3.5 inches tall as described. The shipping came within the estimated timeframe. It took about three weeks but it came from overseas so that’s understandable. Still 2 weeks earlier than the latest delivery date. They did send me a Kobe Bryant plastic bracelet first. No idea why. They let me know a “gift” was coming and then my item would arrive shortly after. That’s what happened…just seems odd.

    Took 2 weeks to arrive. It was in good condition, no scars and nice quality, rootstock is decent. I was very excited for this but they shipped me the wrong color. I received a black and orange cactus instead of a black and red or pink and black like in the listing name and photo examples. After I saw this I contacted the seller and stated the issue. I said I liked the cactus but it’s still not what I order and would like a partial refund because the not red ones were $6 cheaper. I got the$6🔟/🔟
