Confirmed that I hate apple products
This was the first iPhone that I had purchased and I wish I hadn't. This is nothing against virgin or refurbished products, as I have used/purchased both before with no difficulties. This is about apple, their desire to make you feel dumb by keeping the simplest finds and fixes hidden or just impossible to complete, the fact that I cannot get or hold wi-fi in my own house, have a minuscule amount of storage (for the price), and am constantly stymied trying to complete the simplest tasks because "that's not how apple works."
