Seller marked the bag dispatched 12 days ago and gave a tracking number but nothing arrived. Royal Mail's tracking revealed that Royal Mail hadn't even received it themselves. I messaged the seller more than one but seller didn't ever reply. In the end I had to log a formal conplaint with eBay. I will avoid this seller at all costs.
