It is supplied dry with a separate sealed oil bottle to provide the initial oil fill. This is just enough to get over the minimum fill amount. Perhaps a little bit more would have been nice! Delivered very quickly and very well packaged. The vacuum connection is a flare fitting with 7/16 inch x 20 TPI UNF thread.
