Contacted them to try and offer a reasonable solution to just refund me the difference in price between the beds but they refused. Can’t be dealing with sellers who can’t even be fair. They have sent the wrong item but won’t accept any responsibility. Returning a bed is a little difficult so I now have a bed that isn’t the one I wanted, ordered or paid for. Communication with this seller is really slow and poor.
