    Listing clearly stated it was a SH31B product but the supplied product was a SH32B which is totally different, only works with FTTP, whereas the SH31B works with both FTTC and FTTP, which is what 66% of the U.K. require as most don’t have FTTP installed. Once the seller realised and accepted it wasn’t the latest and greatest version, organised a full prepaid return and refund. Listing got updated to reflect correct product very quickly too. Hassle free return and refund which is what is expected

    Digital landline doesn’t not work on this EE router

    BT have moved me over to EE still on FTTP so no difference, the only fault is my digital landline will not work on the EE router, so I switched back to the BT router
