      Effect on Bowels

      This product is much easier on the stomach; I found out long ago. At my age, however, my doctors want me to raise my iron level while maintaining excellent bowl movements. That is hard, forgive the pun. Ferrocite is easily (!) the best supplement for me. It is not a harsh sulphate, yet it is inexpensive and potent. 324 mg is had to beat.
