    Seller did not use eBay labelling for dispatch, used an alternative resulting in the house name address being incorrect and item being delivered elsewhere. £4.50 was charged in the eBay listing and evidence of the price paid, being £3.16, was provided by the seller. No tracking detail was loaded by the seller and therefore, because item was not delivered within timescales meant a lengthy enquiry process. Furthermore item (shoes) not as described - size 46, actually marked size 45.

    BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP. THE EVRI DRIVER TOOK IT TO THE WRONG HOUSE. WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL. THE ADDRESS WAS REGISTERED WITH EVRI. SEEMED VERY AGGRESSIVE AND WAS NOT NICE BEHAVOIR. PS THE SIZE WAS ITALIAN - PRADA !
