    Seller packaged the item very well and clearly marked it as fragile. Which unfortunately didn’t prevent the USPS from damaging this beautiful item beyond repair. USPS denied the insurance claim saying they did not cause the damage even though they are clearly at fault. Throughout this process the seller and I traded several cordial messages and the seller did refund the purchase price. I would gladly buy from this seller again.
